Our reputed MNC Client is hiring for the In House Counsel- US Legal- US Commercial Contract role:

Location: Mumbai

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a legal skilled to support the US General Counsels office from India. You will handle US commercial contracts and compliance for a US-based client.

Key Responsibilities:

Contracts: Review, draft & negotiate NDAs, MSAs, Engagement Letters, Vendor Agreements, and other commercial contracts

Compliance: Analyze RFPs/Solicitations, identify obligations, and prepare exceptions/redlines

Legal Support: Assist GC with document review, subpoenas, records retention, privacy law, information security, insurance & risk management

Collaboration: Work closely with US legal and business teams across time zones

Must Have:

Education: LLB/ LLM

Experience: 5+ years in US commercial contracts, MSAs, vendor agreements

Knowledge: US regulatory frameworks CCPA, HIPAA, employment law, professional services

Prior Experience: Supporting a US-based in-house legal/GC office from offshore/India
