About Societrack
Societrack is a cloud-based Apartment Management & Accounting platform designed to help apartment associations manage maintenance collections, expenses, financial reports, and resident communication with complete transparency.
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Marketing Executives to promote Societrack and onboard apartment communities across Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
- Visit apartment communities and residential societies.
- Meet Apartment Secretaries, Presidents, and Committee Members.
- Demonstrate the Societrack application.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos.
- Assist customers in starting the 15-day free trial.
- Follow up with customers and convert them into paid subscriptions.
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, demos,
and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the founder to achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Any Graduate / Intermediate.
- Previous experience in Sales or Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
- Good communication skills in Telugu. Hindi and English are an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and tablets.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
