Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit client bills, RA bills, and final bills as per contract requirements.
- Prepare BOQ measurements, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and billing statements.
- Coordinate with the Project, Planning, QS, and Execution teams for accurate measurement and billing.
- Verify work executed at site and ensure measurements are properly recorded and certified.
- Prepare variation statements, extra item claims, deviation statements, and reconciliation.
- Review contract conditions, BOQ, specifications, and applicable billing clauses.




- Coordinate with clients/consultants for bill certification, approvals, and resolution of billing queries.
- Track certified bills, outstanding payments, retention, advances, and recoveries.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to client billing and contractual claims.

Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in client billing/QS, preferably with high-rise, super high-rise, or large-scale EPC projects.
- Robust knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, measurements, contracts, and billing procedures
