Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Campaign Management & Execution – 35%
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across relevant online platforms.
- Support fundraising, awareness, engagement, and social-impact campaigns.
- Manage both paid and organic digital marketing activities.
- Develop campaign plans, timelines, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance and audience response.

2. Content & Creative Coordination – 25%
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and other stakeholders to develop campaign creatives.
- Provide creative briefs and campaign requirements to the design/content teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of social media posts, banners, videos, and other campaign assets.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across digital channels.
- Support storytelling and content creation for fundraising and awareness initiatives.

3. Social Media Management – 20%




- Manage and maintain the organization’s social media platforms.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars.
- Publish, monitor, and optimize social media content.
- Track audience engagement, comments, messages, and interactions.
- Build and improve the organization’s online community and digital presence.
- Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth.

4. Analytics & Performance Tracking – 10%
- Track key digital marketing and social media performance metrics.
- Monitor campaign reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI where applicable.
- Prepare regular campaign and performance reports.
- Analyze campaign results and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend data-driven changes to improve campaign effectiveness.
