We are seeking a Java Technical Lead with 10 years of experience to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of high-performing microservice-based backend systems. In this role, you will lead technical decision-making, collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and guide an agile, multinational engineering team in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

What will your role look like
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of backend RESTful services and stateless microservices.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions using solid logical reasoning and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Guide the team in database management (MySQL), data mapping, automated testing (JUnit/TDD),



and CI/CD best practices.
- Oversee deployment across containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms like Azure.
- Compose clear, error-free technical documentation, reports, and communications for diverse audiences.
