Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with 4–6 years of robust hands-on experience in mainframe application development and production support. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in COBOL, IMS DB/DC, DB2, JCL, SORT utilities, and mainframe utilities, along with the ability to independently manage end-to-end development activities.
The candidate should be comfortable working in an Agile environment, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, analyzing complex problems, and delivering high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.
