We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, distribution expansion, and market development for our Beauty & Personal Care product portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, personal care, or related industries, with proven expertise in distributor management, retail execution, team handling, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute area-wise sales plans and strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Increase product penetration and distribution across the assigned territory.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions where required.

2. Distributor & Channel Management
- Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and dealers in the assigned area.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, salons, beauty stores, and other relevant channels.




- Ensure adequate stock availability and effective inventory management.
- Monitor distributor secondary sales, stock levels, outstanding payments, and ROI.
- Ensure timely implementation of company schemes, promotions, and trade offers.

3. Retail & Market Expansion
- Drive numeric and weighted distribution across the territory.
- Identify and onboard recent retail outlets, salons, beauty parlours, cosmetic stores, modern trade outlets, and other relevant channels.
- Ensure effective product visibility, merchandising, and shelf placement.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and consumer trends.
- Develop strategies to improve product availability and visibility.

4. Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team and field executives within the assigned territory.
