Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Airfreight Product Head to lead and expand the Airfreight business across North India. The role is responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic airline partnerships, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring profitable operations while strengthening the organization's regional market presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Develop and execute the Airfreight growth strategy for North India.
- Identify and acquire recent business opportunities across industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Engineering, Electronics, Aerospace, Retail, Chemicals, Government, Defence, and E-commerce.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
- Drive revenue growth while increasing regional market share.

Product Management
- Own the Airfreight product strategy for the region.
- Develop pricing strategies and commercial plans.




- Manage airline procurement, capacity planning, service quality, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancement and market expansion.

Airline & Partner Management
- Develop strong relationships with airlines, GSAs, overseas partners, consolidators, and cargo sales teams.
- Negotiate contract rates, capacity commitments, priority space, charter opportunities, and special cargo requirements.
- Ensure competitive commercial agreements and service excellence.

Commercial Leadership
- Lead negotiations for major RFQs, corporate contracts, key accounts, government projects, and time-critical shipments.
- Partner with the sales team to secure strategic business opportunities.
- Develop pricing strategies aligned with market trends and profitability objectives.

Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Airfreight team.
