Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across diverse IT technologies.
- Partner with clients to interpret technical and project requirements.
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal networks.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment.
- Handle interview scheduling, coordination, and communication.
- Build and maintain solid candidate pipelines.
- Share timely updates with candidates and hiring managers.
- Track hiring metrics and present weekly reports to clients.
- Ensure compliance with client recruitment processes.
- Support onboarding and documentation where needed.
- Experience in client-side hiring or staffing service models.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern sourcing techniques (Boolean, GitHub,
- Stack Overflow).
- Ability to hire for niche or senior technical roles.
- A proactive, people-centric approach with strong communication skills.
