This role is ideal for a technically skilled support professional who enjoys solving operational challenges and keeping critical enterprise systems running reliably. You will provide day-to-day production support for an Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS), handling incidents, service requests, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The position combines hands-on technical problem-solving with proactive monitoring and system improvement. You will work across data integration, databases, analytics connectivity, and system monitoring technologies. Your work will help ensure platform stability, minimize disruptions, and maintain dependable business operations. Accountabilities
- Provide day-to-day production and operational support for the EDMS platform.
- Troubleshoot,



analyze, and resolve incidents while identifying root causes and minimizing service disruption.
- Manage and implement service requests (SRs) in accordance with established operational procedures.
- Support system maintenance activities, including patch testing, validation, and deployment.
- Monitor system logs, alerts, and operational indicators to identify potential issues proactively.
- Investigate recurring technical problems and contribute to preventive measures and system improvements.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with relevant technical and business stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain reliable platform operations.
- Follow established support processes and ensure incidents and service requests are handled within agreed timelines.
