We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing operations, coordinate with schools and internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of marketing and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team for marketing and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with schools regarding meetings, campaigns, workshops, seminars, and events.
- Follow up with schools for marketing activities and promotional requirements.
- Coordinate brochures, catalogues, presentations, samples, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain marketing trackers, school databases, activity reports, and MIS.
- Coordinate with design, content, sales, and other internal teams.




- Support the sales team with marketing materials and promotional requirements.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, school events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Maintain records of school interactions, campaigns, events, and leads.
- Follow up with vendors and agencies for marketing-related requirements.
- Prepare regular activity and coordination reports for management.
- Ensure timely communication and smooth execution of assigned activities.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Coordination, Sales Coordination, or Sales Support.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, or Publishing Industry will be preferred.
- Experience coordinating with schools, Principals, Teachers, or School Management will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Good command of English,
