Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or Equivalent

We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused BHR Executive / Team Lead-BHR to join our HR team. This role will act as a key HR partner for business teams, driving employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and recruitment coordination while ensuring a seamless employee experience.

HR Analytics, MIS & Reporting

Required Skills:




- Strong stakeholder and employee relationship management
- Sound understanding of HR processes and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience:
- Business HR / HR Generalist background
- Experience managing onboarding, employee engagement, performance reviews, and HR operations
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and multi-location environment
