Role Description
The Presales Consultant is a full-time hybrid role based in Villupuram, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves working closely with the sales team to understand client needs, prepare tailored product demonstrations, and present Digicognit’s facility management solutions to prospective customers.



The Presales Consultant will analyze business processes, map customer requirements to product capabilities, and create proposals, solution documents, and responses to RFPs and RFQs. Day-to-day activities include conducting discovery meetings, collaborating with product and project teams, supporting proof-of-concept implementations, and providing technical and functional expertise throughout the sales cycle. The role also includes maintaining accurate presales documentation, gathering client feedback to inform product enhancements, and contributing to overall sales strategy and revenue growth.
