Role Description
The Personal Assistant will provide day-to-day support to senior leadership and key agency stakeholders in a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing events related to modelling assignments and client engagements.



The role involves handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, models, and external partners. The Personal Assistant will assist with follow-ups on client requests, support logistics for photo shoots and runway events, and help maintain an organized office environment. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including support for senior leadership and coordination of daily activities.
