Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalaburagi for an RPA UiPath Trainer.



The trainer will design and deliver structured UiPath RPA training programs for corporate and academic participants, including creating lesson plans, course materials, lab exercises, and assessments aligned with current industry practices. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom and hands-on sessions, mentoring learners on automation best practices, guiding them through real-time projects, and providing individual feedback to support skill development. The role also involves updating training content as UiPath features evolve, collaborating with internal teams to tailor programs for different client requirements, and contributing to curriculum enhancement and certification preparation. The trainer is expected to maintain high engagement levels, track learner progress, and support continuous improvement in training quality.
