Role Overview

The Decor Planning Specialist will support The Wedding Company's decor category by reviewing, structuring, and standardising decor data across aesthetics, inclusions/exclusions, and pricing. This role is critical to building a scalable, tech-led decor planning and costing system. This is a planning and analysis role, suited for candidates with solid exposure to decor production, costing, or vendor-side planning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Decor Image Planning & Review
- Analyse decor images across multiple categories (mandaps, stages, centrepieces, ambience, entrances, etc.)
- Tag images for aesthetics, themes, and use-cases based on internal frameworks
- Identify repeat elements and standardise categorisation

2. Inclusions & Exclusions Validation
- Correct inaccuracies based on real production understanding
- Ensure consistency across similar decor setups and categories
