Role Description
The Sales Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Puri, responsible for driving sales growth and supporting the development of the local sales team. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, managing sales pipelines,



and coordinating sales operations to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. The Sales Development Manager oversees and coaches Financial Consultants and other sales team members, ensuring effective execution of sales initiatives and adherence to company processes. The role includes building robust customer relationships, conducting regular reviews and performance monitoring, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize sales strategies. The individual is expected to maintain accurate reporting, analyze market trends, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales practices in the region.
