Job Title- Drive Service Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Drive/VFD Service Engineer with hands-on experience in AC/DC drive servicing within the industrial domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and commissioning Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) while ensuring customer satisfaction and reliability of equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in AC and DC drives at customer sites.
- Perform repair and replacement of drive cards and other critical components.
- Provide technical guidance and preventive maintenance instructions to customers to minimize future failures.
- Execute commissioning activities for new and existing VFD installations.
- Maintain accurate service records and prepare detailed reports of field activities.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Candidate profile
Should have prior experience in either Sugar/Power/Distillery plants and should have good knowledge on ABB Drives, i.e. ACS880,



DCS880, ACS580, etc
Candidates should have knowledge of industrial drive solutions and what it entails.
