What will you create and do?

We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the West and South India regions. This role requires a hands-on sales leader who can initially sell independently and then build and manage a high-impact sales team over time.

You will be responsible for expanding Conversive footprint across key verticals such as Healthcare (Hospitals & Clinics), Fintech, and D2C, by engaging with senior stakeholders, driving complex solution-led sales, and ensuring long-term account growth through both hunting and farming strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in complex IT / CPaaS / Conversational AI solution selling, the ability to manage enterprise stakeholders, and a proven track record of achieving aggressive revenue targets in India.

Essential:
- Planning and Organization – Ability to design territory plans, manage pipelines, and structure sales execution across regions
- Results Orientation – Proven capability to close large,



complex deals and consistently achieve revenue targets
- Goal Achievement – Demonstrated success in achieving 10 Cr+ annual targets in recent years
- Leadership & Team Building – Ability to hire, coach, and manage a team of 2–5 sales representatives
- Solution Selling – Solid experience selling complex IT, AI, CPaaS, or integrated technology solutions
- Customer Focus – Strong focus on account retention, expansion, and long-term customer value
- Data Analysis & Forecasting – Ability to analyze pipelines, forecast revenue, and report accurately to leadership
- Stakeholder Management – Comfortable engaging with CXOs, Marketing Heads, IT leaders, and Operations teams
