Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can lead visual communication across digital marketing, branding, social media, advertising, and client projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, excellent visual judgment, and the ability to independently handle projects from concept to final execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, presentations, and branding projects.
- Design high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create branding materials including logos, brand guidelines, brochures, posters, banners, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Understand client briefs and convert ideas into strong, visually appealing designs.
- Work closely with the Creative,



Content, Social Media, Video, and Marketing teams.
- Review and improve designs created by junior designers while maintaining quality standards.
- Guide junior graphic designers and provide creative direction when required.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, layout, colors, and visual style.
- Stay updated with current design trends, digital marketing creatives, AI design tools, and emerging visual styles.
- Prepare final artwork according to platform, printing, and production specifications.
- Communicate with clients or internal teams to understand feedback and implement revisions effectively.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage.
