We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the architectural team in all phases of project development, from concept design through construction documentation and administration. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to grow in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
l Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
l Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop design concepts.
l Conduct site analysis, zoning and code research, and building studies.
l Prepare design documentation and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
l Create 3D models, renderings, and visualizations for internal and client presentations.
l Support project teams in meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
l Attend client meetings, take notes, and assist in preparing meeting documentation.
l Perform administrative and project-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
l Bachelors degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
l 02 years of professional experience in architectural design or internship roles.
l Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
l Solid design sensibility and technical drawing skills.
l Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
l Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus.
l Working toward architectural licensure is a plus.
