Position: Site Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ, quantity estimates, and rate analysis.
- Take site measurements and prepare measurement sheets.
- Verify and process contractor RA bills and final bills.
- Check quantities as per approved drawings and site execution.
- Monitor material consumption and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, Procurement, and Project Teams.
- Track project quantities, costs, and variations.
- Prepare work orders, subcontractor bills, and quantity statements.
- Identify quantity variations and support cost control.
- Maintain proper QS documentation and commercial records.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of quantity estimation and measurement.
- Good understanding of BOQ, billing, rate analysis, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software.
- Ability to read and understand civil/construction drawings.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in villa and high-rise residential projects is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with hands-on experience in site quantity surveying, contractor billing, BOQ preparation, and residential construction projects will be preferred.
