Network Operations TechnicianKey Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly server patching and ongoing security patching for Windows servers and infrastructure components to ensure compliance and system stability.
- Manage and implement Fortinet firewall patching and updates, including firmware upgrades, security policies, and best-practice configurations.
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, endpoint security, application deployment, and policy management.
- Handle KACE administration, including asset management, software deployment, patch management, and reporting.
- Administer and support RingCentral services, including user provisioning, call routing, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Provide Tier II technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Manage SSL/TLS certificates, including renewals, installations, and troubleshooting certificate-related issues.




- Perform DNS updates and management, ensuring accurate configuration and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and security-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation for systems, procedures, configurations, and change management activities.
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies, compliance standards, and best practices
