Experience of the candidate should be more than 10 years in the field of Telecom (Network Operations) and exposure to ETOM ITIL is mandatory. This is for an assignment in Saudi Arabia with a telecom service provider. Age should be below 35 years

JOB Description

Core Expertise
Hand on experience in developing processes and work instructions for Telecom Operators in particular to Network Operations
Expertise on various standards and practices: eTOM, ITIL, TL9000, ITU-T
Aware of Process standards, rules, notation, process mapping (Basic flowcharting , Standards, OMG)
Aware of Global benchmarks and standards, KPI s applicable for Telecom Industry
Domain expertise as per Organization Hierarchy of customer such as Mobile, Transport (Tx, Data), Fixed (Switching Access Networks), OSS Planning Implementation, NMS Tools, Contracts, Information Security, Business Continuity, MSP Governance, Warehousing Spare Management etc.,
Proficiency in Program Management

Preparing presentation to different levels of organization
Fluency in English speaking, writing,



Understanding (American, British accent)
Positive verbal communication and accent
Expertise in Visio for developing process flowcharts
Expertise in process writing and documentation
Conducting workshops for reviewing draft processes
Preparation of training manuals
Conducting Training Program for accepted Processes Work Instructions
Support for developing progress reports in Excel Power point
Preparation of audit checklist and audit plan
Performing audits and reporting
Identify gaps in existing processes Work Instruction documents and practices and prepare gap analysis report

Work Related
Interact with customer for understanding current practices and document same with process flow in Visio
Develop processes with de-compositions for three to four levels with alignment to organization hierarchy
Build KPI s as per process elements taking into consideration capabilities of measurement by existing tools
