Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Credit Underwriter to join our team in evaluating loan applications from dairy farmers. The successful candidate will conduct video calls with applicants to gather financial information, analyze cash flow, and make informed decisions on loan approvals. The Credit Underwriter will also maintain accurate records, track portfolio quality, and perform loan utilization checks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Video Calls: Engage with dairy farmers via video calls to gather information on income sources, assets, household details, and liabilities.
2. Analyze Cash Flow: Evaluate applicants' cash flow to determine their ability to repay loans.
3. Make Loan Decisions: Use sound judgment and credit expertise to approve or decline loan applications.
4. Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of video calls, applicant information, and loan decisions.

Track Portfolio Quality: Analyze data to monitor portfolio quality, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
6. Perform Loan Utilization Checks: Verify that loan funds are being used for intended purposes.
7. Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
8. Positive understanding of credit bureau reporting and bank account statements
