We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to handle key accounts, large industrial projects, and high-value compressor sales.
This role requires robust application knowledge, customer relationship management, and the ability to drive growth in competitive industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key industrial accounts
- Drive sales of screw, high-pressure, and oil-free compressor systems
- Support and mentor junior sales engineers
- Lead negotiations and close large orders
- Develop long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
Qualifications & Skills
- Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compressor or industrial equipment sales
- Strong commercial and technical acumen
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and lead by example
