- Manage contract lifecycle from drafting to negotiation, review, and execution.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various types of commercial contracts
- Conduct legal research on corporate law matters related to company formation, governance, and compliance.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality contract documents that meet client requirements.
