Role Description
The Tendering Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading end-to-end tendering activities for infrastructure and road projects. The role includes identifying relevant tender opportunities, analyzing tender documents, and coordinating with technical, finance,



and legal teams to prepare comprehensive bid proposals. The Tendering Manager will manage tender timelines, ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and oversee cost estimation and pricing strategies. Daily tasks involve collaborating with procurement and project teams, maintaining tender databases, preparing supporting documentation, and participating in negotiations with clients or partners where required. The role also involves monitoring market trends, contributing to sales and business development efforts, and providing regular reports to senior management on tender status and outcomes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Tender Management and Tender Preparation, including bid strategy, documentation, and compliance.
