Role Description
The Sales Manager role at Inaevah Private Limited is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including managing and growing a portfolio of resellers and eCommerce partners, setting sales targets, and tracking performance against goals. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research,



and developing strategies to expand Inaevah’s presence across platforms like Amazon, eBay, Flipkart, and Meesho. The Sales Manager will lead and mentor a sales team, coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and prepare regular reports and forecasts for management. The position also requires maintaining strong client relationships, resolving escalations, and continuously improving sales processes to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales planning, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting, with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and account management, including negotiation, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and dropshipping models, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
