We are looking for a fully experienced and independent HR Recruiter who can handle recruitment and day-to-day HR activities without requiring basic training or regular guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end recruitment independently.

* Work continuously on all active manpower requirements and ensure timely closure.

* Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and other channels.

* Screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates for interviews.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until joining.

* Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.

* Handle day-to-day HR-related activities and coordination.

* Manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and achieve recruitment targets.

Requirements:





* 2+ years of practical experience in Recruitment / HR.

* Must be capable of working independently from day one.

* Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

* Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

* Proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.

* Candidate should be able to understand requirements and manage recruitment independently without basic training.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
