About the Role

XCT Solutions is looking for a dynamic, results-driven
IT Sales Leader
with 8–10 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, preferably with a
System Integrator (SI)
. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and successfully closing complex IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects.

This role requires a consultative sales qualified with deep knowledge of Cloud, AI, Enterprise Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Modern Data Center solutions, combined with exceptional business development and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts.
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles—from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CXOs, IT Heads,



and key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with OEMs, pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop winning solutions.
- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, commercial negotiations, and customer presentations.
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
