Role Description
The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Associate will support day-to-day financial operations and back-office processes, including data entry, reconciliation, and documentation related to client accounts and transactions. Responsibilities may include preparing standard reports, validating information against established procedures, and escalating discrepancies to senior team members.



The Associate will collaborate with colleagues to meet service-level timelines, maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, and ensure accurate record keeping. The role also involves learning and applying company systems, following process guidelines, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Ability to work with financial data, perform basic reconciliations, and follow standardized operational procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools and learning recent financial or operations-related software.
