- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and developers to promote products.
- Lead Generation: Conduct market research, cold calling, networking, and leverage client referrals to create business opportunities.
- Client Management: Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and consistent referrals.
- Product Promotion:



Present products and conduct site visits to demonstrate features and benefits effectively.
- Deal Management: Collaborate with the sales team, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close high-value deals.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify recent business opportunities.
- Strategy Development: Propose innovative strategies to expand the company’s footprint in the Mumbai region.

- Reporting: Maintain daily visit reports and regularly update management on performance metrics and forecasts.
