Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and Terraform deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
- Develop documentation for knowledge base articles on troubleshooting procedures and best practices.
- 24-7 support
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud platform, including EC2 instances, VPC networks, S3 buckets, etc.
- Experience with Kubernetes container orchestration tools such as Docker Swarm or K8s.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Python scripts.
