Roles & Responsibilities :

Generate high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online research.

Identify and connect with potential clients, HR managers, hiring managers, and decision-makers.

Develop new business opportunities for IT Staffing, Recruitment, Software Development, Digital Marketing, and Training Services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.

Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
