Our client is Mid-sized Real Estate Firm looking to engage an experienced IT Consultant to assess, optimize, and enhance its internal IT environment through a two-phase engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities

Phase 1: IT Systems Audit & Assessment
- Conduct a quick audit of the organization's existing IT systems, applications, and technology infrastructure.
- Review existing software, hardware, collaboration tools, email platforms (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office), and other business applications.
- Assess IT processes, workflows, documentation practices, and document organization.
- Review software licenses, IT assets, and user access to ensure they are properly managed, compliant, and optimized.
- Evaluate IT governance, system controls, and overall technology usage.
- Prepare a quick set of recommendations along with an implementation plan and cost

Phase 2:Implementation &Staff; Training




- Implement the approved recommendations from the IT audit.
- Organize and standardize IT documentation, system records, and document management practices.
- Support software license management and establish controls to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Develop and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of recent processes and systems.
- Monitor implementation progress, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth transition to the improved IT environment.
