We are looking for a Sales Strategy Manager who can make sales the first priority while also connecting sales with marketing, brand positioning, customer understanding, and business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who can build sales plans, identify revenue opportunities, improve customer conversion, and work closely with leadership to turn business goals into clear sales actions. Marketing and brand understanding are important, but the core focus of this role is sales strategy, revenue growth, execution, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Identify new sales opportunities, customer segments, and market gaps
- Create clear sales plans, outreach plans, and conversion strategies
- Work with marketing and brand teams to improve messaging, positioning, and customer trust
- Support lead generation, funnel improvement, customer follow-ups, and sales conversion
- Track sales performance,



revenue outcomes, and customer response
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, content, and operations teams to execute growth plans
- Bring fresh ideas to improve sales, customer traction, and business growth

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, revenue growth, and customer conversion
- Sales should be your core strength and first priority
- Good understanding of marketing, brand positioning, and customer psychology
- Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
- Robust communication, ownership, planning, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Prior experience in sales, business development, growth, marketing, D2C, startups, or consulting is preferred
