We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to lead and drive our lead generation activities. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record of generating qualified leads, managing pipelines, and achieving business development targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, online research, and other channels.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads before handing them over to the sales team.
- Manage and monitor the complete lead funnel and conversion pipeline.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets and ensure achievement.
- Track team performance and prepare lead generation reports and MIS.
- Analyze campaign and conversion data to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve lead generation targets.

Required Qualifications




- 4+ years of experience as a Lead Generation Manager / Team Lead in any industry.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation tools, CRM systems, and online research techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team management and target-achievement abilities.
- Data-driven approach with good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in the US night shift.

Important : Candidates with 4+ years of relevant Lead Generation Manager/Team Lead experience will be preferred

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
