GTC Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR & IR Executive for our Bathinda Site.

Position: HR & IR Executive

Job Location: Bathinda, Punjab

Employment: On Roll

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete HR & IR activities at site level.

* Handle monthly labour law & statutory compliance.

* Positive knowledge of Factories Act, 1948 and applicable labour laws.

* Manage labour records, registers, returns, contractor compliance and inspections.

* Coordinate with site management, contractors, workers and government authorities.

* Ensure timely and proper statutory compliance documentation.

Candidate Profile:





* 3–5 years of relevant Site HR & IR experience.

* Strong practical knowledge of Factories Act and Labour Laws.

* Good communication, documentation and coordination skills.

* Candidates with Oil & Gas / EPC / Manufacturing / Industrial project experience will be preferred.
