About the Role

At Refrens, we're looking for a Chartered Accountant who wants to do more than traditional accounting.

In this role, you'll work with CFOs, finance heads, founders, and business owners to understand how their finance operations work and help them adopt smarter, technology-driven solutions.

You'll consult businesses on their accounting workflows, demonstrate how Refrens can improve their financial operations, and guide them through a smooth transition from their existing software to our platform—helping them adopt Refrens as their primary accounting and invoicing system.

This is a consultative sales role where your accounting knowledge helps you build trust, solve real business problems, and deliver the right solution. If you enjoy interacting with people,

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with CFOs, finance heads, founders, Chartered Accountants, and key business decision-makers.
- Understand how businesses currently manage their accounting and finance operations.
- Identify business challenges and recommend the right Refrens solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain how Refrens can improve accounting, invoicing, compliance, inventory, and overall business operations.
- Guide businesses through the evaluation process and help them adopt Refrens as their primary accounting and invoicing system.
- Help clients transition smoothly from their existing accounting or ERP software with minimal disruption.
