Role Description
This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (Field Marketing) role is based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The position involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, and promoting Travelwindo’s services and packages in the field. The role includes generating leads through visits, local market outreach, events, and partnerships, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and travel partners. The Business Development Executive will present proposals, negotiate terms,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and post-sales support. Regular reporting on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance is expected.

Qualifications
- Ability to drive New Business Development, including prospecting, opportunity identification, and market expansion.
- Lead Generation skills, with experience using field marketing, cold outreach, and local networking to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and long-term relationships.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional presentation abilities.
- Prior experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or field sales is preferred.
- Comfort with on-site field work, local travel, and meeting targets in a fast-paced environment.
