Broad roles and responsibilities
:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and execute the product strategy and technical roadmap for lending technology solutions. Prioritise features and enhancements based on business objectives, market trends in fintech/lending, and stakeholder feedback, especially focusing on digital lending innovations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Work closely with engineering, design, credit risk, operations,
and compliance teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories. Ensure alignment across teams and successful, on-time delivery of product features.
- Gen AI Led Innovation for Digital Lending Platform:
Lead Gen AI based innovation across end-to-end life cycle of lending solution i.e. right from lead generation till account is closed
- Solution Integrations:
Oversee and coordinate integration of any bought out solution with internal banking systems and third-party services (e.g. credit bureaus, payment gateways, KYC providers) to expand platform functionality and ensure smooth data flow across all systems.
- Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external technology vendors and solution partners involved in lending system development or services. Ensure vendors meet delivery timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements while integrating their solutions with our platform.
