- The Senior Associate – New Initiatives is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker, creator, and doer — someone who can dream big, build fast, and scale intelligently. You’ll work directly with the CEO and CXOs,



owning Joveo’s most ambitious new growth bets — from identifying white spaces to launching AI-led initiatives that evolve into multi-million-dollar business lines.
- This role isn’t about maintaining processes or making decks. It’s about conceiving bold ideas, validating them through data and experimentation, and bringing them to life with precision and purpose.
- Think of it as being part of Joveo’s internal “innovation studio” — a team that transforms possibilities into measurable outcomes.

? What You’ll Do:
- Think like a founder — identify high-impact business opportunities at the intersection of AI, data, and recruitment technology.
- Lead end-to-end initiative lifecycles: from discovery and ideation to proof-of-concept, scaling, and revenue realization.Partner with Product, Sales, and Data Science teams to transform conceptual ideas into live, monetizable solutions.
- Evaluate and shape AI-led business models that can unlock new value pools for Joveo and its clients.Build strong feedback loop
