Role & responsibilities
- Execute construction work as per approved drawings and site instructions.
- Monitor site progress and ensure daily targets are achieved.
- Coordinate between contractors, subcontractors, labor, and project management.
- Conduct technical inspections and quality checks on materials and workmanship.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Manage site measurements, material estimation, and verification.
- Maintain site safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical problems on site.
- Liaise with consultants and architects for clarifications and approvals.

Preferred candidate profile
- Robust knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site-specific tools.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards.
