Job Summary:

To drive sales growth, distribution expansion, market execution and achievement of business targets in the assigned territory. Responsible for managing distributors, retailers and sales team execution while ensuring effective implementation of company sales, distribution, visibility and market development strategies in the FMCG business.

Primary Responsibilities: (Daily)
- Overall responsibility for achieving sales and distribution targets in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales targets as per agreed business plans.
- Responsible for effective implementation of company sales strategies, schemes, promotions and initiatives in the market.
- Responsible for distributor management, including order planning, stock availability, claims, collections and overall business performance.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key trade partners.




- Responsible for ensuring availability and visibility of company products across the assigned market.
- Responsible for driving numeric distribution, outlet coverage, productivity and market penetration as per targets.
- Responsible for monitoring market stock, inventory levels, ageing and ensuring optimum stock availability.
- Responsible for effective route planning, beat planning and execution by the sales team.
- Responsible for monitoring and improving sales team productivity, market working and outlet coverage.
- Responsible for conducting regular market visits with sales team members and providing on-the-job coaching and guidance.
- Responsible for monitoring competitor activities, pricing, schemes, current launches, visibility and market trends and providing timely feedback to management.
- Responsible for ensuring proper implementation of merchandising, branding, visibility and point-of-sale
