Role Description
The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, qualifying leads, conducting product discussions, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.



The role includes maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with field sales and marketing teams, and preparing quotes or proposals aligned with customer requirements. The Inside Sales Specialist will follow up on leads from various channels, schedule demos or meetings, and support channel partners with timely information. The role also involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive communication, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship management to support revenue growth.
