Your Impact
As a Data Center Senior Consulting Engineer, you will provide expert-level technical guidance and delivery for our most high-profile global customers. You will:
- Design and implement cutting-edge Cisco technologies for the world’s largest and most complex networks.
- Analyze, monitor,
and optimize network performance while automating repeatable tasks.
- Apply creative technology to solve real-world business problems and deliver scalable, robust services.
- Develop software and tools to automate manual processes and support infrastructure platforms.
- Act as a strategic partner to our customers, proactively preventing network incidents and providing expert-level troubleshooting for unique, complex environments.
- Support global field teams and engineers, providing technical leadership and problem-resolution expertise.
- Conduct internal and external systems/product training and contribute to the development of intellectual property.
- Provide critical feedback to Engineering and Product organizations to influence future product roadmaps.
- Innovate within our service strategy to create new service capabilities and lead service delivery models.
