Role & responsibilities
- Attend customer service and breakdown calls for heat pump systems.
- Installation, testing and commissioning of heat pumps.
- Perform preventive maintenance and AMC service visits.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, mechanical and control-related problems.
- Check compressor, condenser, evaporator.
- Check electrical panels, contactors, relays, sensors, controllers, pumps and motors.
- Perform basic refrigerant-related activities such as pressure checking, vacuuming and leak identification under company procedures.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain proper service reports, job cards and customer records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements and technical issues.
- Coordinate with the internal technical team for spare parts and major breakdowns.
- Support AMC execution and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Provide technical support to customers after installation.




- Travel to customer sites in Pune and other locations as required.

Preferred candidate profile
- 02 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, heat pumps, chillers, air conditioning or similar equipment.
- Freshers with a robust interest in field service are welcome.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer/site visits.
- Ability to work independently at customer locations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
