We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), enterprise data architecture, and large-scale digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and experience leading end-to-end architecture initiatives.
Experience Required
- 10- 15 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360

- End-to-end solution architecture ownership
- Solid client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in large enterprise transformation programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to drive architecture governance and design standards
Good to Have
- Healthcare / Life Sciences domain experience
- Pre-sales, RFP response, and solution estimation experience
- Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model
Key Responsibilities
- Define target-state Salesforce Data 360 architecture aligned with business objectives.
- Lead solution design across Salesforce platforms, integrations, and enterprise data ecosystems.
- Provide architectural governance, technical guidance, and design reviews.
- Collaborate with client leadership, product owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Drive enterprise data strategy, data governance, and customer data unification initiatives.
- Support pre-sales activities, proposal preparation, solution walkthroughs, and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor technical teams and support successful delivery of transformation programs.
