Role Overview

Pacifica Companies is looking for an experienced
Head of Operations
to join its senior leadership team in Hyderabad.

The role will be responsible for
end-to-end operational oversight
across land acquisition, business development, project approvals, legal and regulatory compliance, residential sales, government liaison, stakeholder management, administration and team leadership.





The ideal candidate should have deep experience in
real estate development
, particularly in land acquisition, JDA transactions, statutory approvals, government liaison and residential sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesLand Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and evaluate land parcels for residential and commercial development.
- Source new opportunities through landowners, brokers, channel partners and real estate intermediaries.
- Prepare feasibility reports and information memorandums for potential land deals.
- Lead land due diligence in coordination with legal, finance and technical teams.
- Structure and negotiate Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), revenue-sharing arrangements and outright land acquisitions.

Landowner & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with landowners and key stakeholders.
- Manage transactions from initial discussions through closure and post-deal co
